Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a luxury jewellery store
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations, customer service standards, and luxury retail etiquette
- Proven experience handling high value jewellery, including knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery certifications
- Demonstrated ability to serve VIP, UHNW, and international clientele within the GCC luxury retail market
