Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and ensure compliance with ISO 19650
- Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination across Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Specialist disciplines
- Manage model integration, clash detection, and design conflict resolution
- Oversee BIM deliverables, CDE management, and information exchange
- Support construction planning, sequencing, and project execution through BIM enabled solutions
- Monitor model quality, project timelines, conduct model audits, and prepare BIM reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Lead and mentor BIM teams, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Drive digital construction initiatives and BIM best practices across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM, Design Coordination, or Digital Construction
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a BIM leadership or management role
- Proven experience in clash detection, model coordination, and BIM execution planning
- Experience managing multidisciplinary BIM teams on large scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project delivery processes, and digital workflows

Job Description

- Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination across Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Specialist disciplines, managing model integration, clash detection, and design conflict resolution.

Qualifications

- Must have proven experience in clash detection, model coordination, and BIM execution planning; With experience managing multidisciplinary BIM teams on large scale construction projects.
