About the Role
A Dubai-based fit-out contractor seeks an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of MEP packages. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of GCC fit-out experience with strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, and relevant software.

- Support value engineering, risk management, procurement, and project reporting functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of MEP Quantity Surveying experience within a GCC fit out or contracting company
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, BOQs, claims, and variations
- Proficiency in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Excel
