Job Description
- Deliver great customer service in line with the brand standards.
- Ensure excellent product knowledge of ladies and children’s collections to ensure clients satisfaction.
- Support daily store operations including stock handling, POS transactions, and general audit.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate in a premium/luxury fashion retail brand.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to handle international clients and VIP customers.
- Knowledge of children’s fashion collections, POS transactions, stock handling, and retail store operations.
