- Lead brand positioning initiatives to enhance market presence and competitive differentiation
- Lead product marketing activities across the company's portfolio
- Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, seminars, and industry events
- Identify sponsorship opportunities aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
- Collaborate with Product Development, Technical, and Sales teams to identify market opportunities and customer needs
- Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies across websites, social media, email marketing, online advertising, and content marketing
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in the paints/coatings industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, Google Ads, web analytics, CRM, and marketing tools
- Strong understanding of the paints and coatings market
