Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury and fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market, including designer brands, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale systems.
