Role Overview
This is a high-volume, end-to-end recruitment role focused on guest-facing and service-oriented talent across multiple branches.
The position is based in Abu Dhabi and involves recruitment activity across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding handover.
- Source candidates from hospitality, airlines, and cruise liners.
- Build networks with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, and training institutes.
- Conduct walk-in drives and on-site interviews across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other Emirates.
- Maintain a ready pipeline or bench of pre-screened candidates.
- Partner with branch and operations managers on staffing requirements.
- Track Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Pipeline Health, and Retention KPIs.
- Support employer branding across LinkedIn and relevant job platforms.
- Ensure recruitment documentation and processes comply with UAE labour requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- 8–10 years of pure recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Recruitment experience in hospitality, airlines including cabin crew or ground staff, or cruise liners.
- Generalist HR backgrounds will not be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
