Position Objective
Achieve company objectives while ensuring high levels of customer service and supporting retail staff performance.
Take end-to-end responsibility for store operations, sales performance, and compliance with company and brand standards.
Store Management
- Brief and guide staff on daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Implement operating procedures and ensure staff follow company and brand policies.
- Provide feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager on employees and products.
- Manage staff rosters, leave, and grievances.
Sales and Customer Service
- Use product, trend, fashion, and brand knowledge to respond to and anticipate customer needs.
- Apply creative techniques to achieve or exceed store sales targets.
- Promote the company loyalty program to increase loyalty and repeat sales.
- Support suggestive selling across the group's brands.
Stock and Administration
- Maintain required stock levels and manage stockrooms to minimize stock loss.
- Conduct weekly store administration audits and resolve discrepancies.
