Position Objective
Represent the brand by maximizing store sales through exceptional customer service and deep product knowledge.
Create a welcoming environment, provide personalized beauty consultations, and support store operations and visual presentation standards.
Customer Service and Sales
- Serve as the initial customer contact and provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations.
- Offer skincare advice, makeup tutorials, and product demonstrations.
- Assist with product selection, build customer relationships, and convert window shoppers into buyers.
- Promote products, cross-sell complementary items, and encourage enrollment in the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
Product Knowledge and Brand Representation
- Stay informed about beauty trends, product launches, and skincare and makeup ingredients.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand ethos, heritage, and products.
- Ensure personal grooming and appearance reflect the brand image.
- Apply and demonstrate makeup or skincare products to explain their features and benefits.
