About the Role
Own and drive the digital commerce experience across web and app platforms.
Manage the product roadmap, improve customer journeys and conversion, and deliver scalable e-commerce solutions.
Collaborate with business, technology, design, data, operations, and marketing teams.
Work across product discovery, requirement definition, delivery, launch, and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the brand’s end-to-end product roadmap and vision and create clear, well-scoped PRDs.
- Manage a multi-currency, multi-language GCC storefront covering catalogue, pricing, promotions, payments, and localisation.
- Drive commerce platform upgrades, migrations, and integrations with OMS, search, payments, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Run agile delivery cycles and partner with QA on testing, sign-off, release gates, quality gates, and security checks.
- Maintain platform stability while delivering new features and targeting zero critical P0/P1 outages.
- Improve conversion, units per transaction, fulfilment, and gross-to-net ratio.
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners and represent the brand in leadership and steering reviews.
