- Maintain knowledge of new product, trend and fashion directives
- Ensure minimal stock loss and manage stockrooms
- Apply creative techniques to achieve/exceed store sales target
- Manage daily roster, leave and grievances of retail staff
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per set VM standards
- Supervise store and provide feedback to Area Manager regarding employees and products
Requirements
- Must be fashionable / well groomed and possess up to date product knowledge
- Must be physically fit to stand for extended hours and heavy lifting
- Experience in retail store management

Position Objective

- Provide feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities

- Promote Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
- Supervise store and provide feedback to Area Manager.
