Position Objective

  • Achieve company objectives, ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
  • Implement operating procedures as per company and Brand standards.
  • Promote the Loyalty Program for maximizing loyalty and repeat sales.
  • Provide feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brief and guide staff on achievement of daily/weekly/monthly sales target.
  • Must be fashionable/well groomed and possess up to date product knowledge.
  • Maintain knowledge of new product, trend and fashion directives.
  • Ensure minimal stock loss and manage stockrooms.
  • Implement operating procedures and ensure policies are adhered to.
  • Apply creative techniques to achieve/exceed store sales target.
  • Ensure required stock levels to maximize sales.
  • Weekly audit store administration and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage daily roster, leave and grievances of retail staff.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards as per set VM standards.
  • Promote Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
  • Supervise store and provide feedback to Area Manager.
