- Meet or exceed profitability expectations for the store in sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion
- Create and execute strategies to maximize store sales and control expenses

- Lead by example in training and providing ongoing feedback on product knowledge and selling skills

- Maintain visibility and lead by example on the sales floor to support selling functions
- Implement all visual merchandising standards, directives, promotions, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- 1 2 years of experience as a Store Manager with proven track record for driving sales and profit results
- Proficient in business English, both written and verbal
- Good computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, SAP, and detailed report analysis skills

Overview of the Role
- The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the store meets sales targets while maintaining high levels of profitability and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

- Control company assets by adhering to loss prevention measures such as inventory management, stock movements, sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Execute and comply with company policies and store procedures.
- Support recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining high quality associates.
- Lead by example in training and providing ongoing feedback on product knowledge and selling skills.
- Organize weekly staff meetings and daily briefings to discuss store performance and new company goals.
