Job Overview
- Stewarding Supervisor oversees the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of a labor camp or similar facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Supervises the cleaning and maintenance of food facilities, including kitchens & dining areas.
- Housekeeping Operations: Oversees housekeeping operations, ensuring that rooms, common areas, and facilities are clean and well maintained.
- Waste Management: Ensures proper waste disposal and recycling, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Pest Control and Hygiene: Implements pest control measures and maintains high standards of hygiene, ensuring a healthy environment for residents.
- Inventory Management: Maintains accurate records of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other necessary items.
- Team Supervision: Trains, motivates, and disciplines stewarding staff, ensuring they follow procedures and meet performance standards.
- Quality Control: Conducts regular quality checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Requirements and Skills
- Housekeeping or Cleaning Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field.
- Supervisory Skills: Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and train staff.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Compensation
- Pay: AED1,800.00 AED2,000.00 per month
