Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the gym, recreational facilities, and equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
- Inspect and maintain fitness equipment, sports equipment, and other recreational facilities
- Assist in organizing and promoting recreational activities, such as sports tournaments, fitness classes, and other events
- Monitor the facilities, enforce safety rules and regulations, and respond to emergencies
- Provide support for labour camp residents, respond to their queries, and escalate issues to management as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in fitness, recreation, or a related field preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, First Aid certification, or other relevant certifications
- Previous experience in a similar role or environment preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and recreational facilities
- Ability to live in a labour camp environment with basic amenities
- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Cultural sensitivity to work with diverse labour camp residents
- Recreation / Gym: 2 years (Required)

Key Responsibilities
- Facility Maintenance: Clean and maintain the gym, recreational facilities, and equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain fitness equipment, sports equipment, and other recreational facilities.
- Recreational Activities: Assist in organizing and promoting recreational activities, such as sports tournaments, fitness classes, and other events.
- Safety and Security: Monitor the facilities, enforce safety rules and regulations, and respond to emergencies.
- Support Services: Provide support for labour camp residents, respond to their queries, and escalate issues to management as needed.
Requirements
