Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and standards in the labor camp
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement control measures
- Provide safety training and induction to all new camp residents and employees
- Investigate all accidents and incidents in the camp and report to management and relevant authorities
- Ensure the camp's environmental management system is implemented, including waste management, water conservation, and energy efficiency
- Ensure the camp's health and hygiene standards are maintained, including sanitation, food handling, and waste disposal
- Ensure compliance with relevant QHSE laws, regulations, and standards, and participate in internal and external audits
- Develop and implement emergency response plans, and conduct regular drills and training exercises
- Promote QHSE awareness among camp residents and employees, and communicate QHSE policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate QHSE records, including incident reports, training records, and audit results, and submit regular reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in a Camp or Catering industry
- QHSE certifications, such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001
- Food Safety Level 4
- Strong knowledge of QHSE laws, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Catering: 2 years (Required)
- Food Safety Level 3 & Nebosh (Required)

Overview
- QHSE officer ensures the implementation of QHSE policies, procedures, and standards in the labor camp to provide a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly living and working environment for all camp residents and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- QHSE Policy Implementation: Implement and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and standards in the labor camp.

- Accident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate all accidents and incidents in the camp, and report to management and relevant authorities.

- Health and Hygiene: Ensure the camp's health and hygiene standards are maintained, including sanitation, food handling, and waste disposal.
