Job Summary
- We are seeking a Head Waiter to lead our dining team in providing exceptional food service to our camp residents.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food setup, presentation, and service, as well as managing our dining team.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Supervise and manage our dining team, including waiters, cooks, and kitchen staff.
- Food Service: Oversee food setup, presentation, and service to ensure high quality dining experiences.
- Menu Overview: Assist with menu overview and food ordering to ensure menu items are available and meet dietary requirements.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to camp residents and guests.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Team Training: Train and develop our dining team to ensure they provide excellent service and maintain high standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a camp or hospitality setting.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Food Safety Certification: Food safety certification or willingness to obtain.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects.
