We are looking for a Steward to support the CDP, ensure cleanliness, and maintain food safety standards. The role involves handling kitchen equipment, promoting teamwork, and communicating effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support CDP to ensure the section is run to the specified service levels in accordance with jtg SOP’s and standards
- Ensure all workstations and section areas are cleaned down as per jtg specifications to ensure adherence of all government and regulatory requirements in food safety, hygiene and equipment maintenance
- Follow internal HSSE programs especially regarding product and service levels, and general cleanliness to exceed jtg and governmental guidelines
- Handle all kitchen equipment with utmost care. Ensure at all time to use the right chemicals as prescribed by health and safety norms
- Work closely and communicate effectively with other team members to promote good teamwork and efficient operations
Qualifications & Experience
