- Ensure all bar and takeaway services are delivered to the customer accordingly.
- Adhere to company guidelines for correct beverage preparation to ensure high standards of quality, and service.
- Maintain full knowledge of all store promotions, company services, bar products, and takeaway menu items.
- Ensure bar area and takeaway counter is sufficiently stocked, set up and kept clean throughout the entire shift.
- Responsible for accurate billing and payment processing of their customer transactions.
- Continually look at understanding evolving customer beverage and takeaway requirements and satisfaction levels. Attend to guest special requirements.
- Work closely with store management and staff.
- Utilise, maintain and clean relevant equipment, completion of bar checklists.
- At least 1-3 years in the beverage service business
- To have Customer Service background; preferably food service related
- Basic knowledge and/or experience with technical equipment
- Clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Bar Service and basic Cash Handling experience is essential
- Barista training essential; can work on their feet for long hours
