Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data and field monitoring reports submitted by contractors and supervision teams
- Develop and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all cleaning services, including sweeping, collection, transfer, and landfill operations
- Utilize statistical analysis tools and methodologies to evaluate performance trends and identify patterns
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analytical reports highlighting achievements, performance trends, and deviations
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize operational performance and key metrics
- Conduct comparative analyses across zones and contracts to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
- Analyze complaints data received through the 940 system and correlate findings with service quality indicators
- Collaborate with the Quality Specialist and Project Manager to enhance analytical models and decision support tools
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used in official project reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, performance measurement, statistical reporting, or a related field
- Professional certification or formal training in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or equivalent software
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools, including SPSS, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
