- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple project and operational sources

- Identify trends, patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for project teams, management, and clients
- Translate complex data into clear visualizations, presentations, and actionable business insights
- Support customer experience measurement, mystery shopping, compliance, and assessment programs through data analysis and reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and performance metrics
- Present findings, trends, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and performance measurement
- Strong proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into meaningful business insights
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and meet project deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and data quality

Position Overview
- We are seeking a Data Analyst to support customer experience and compliance projects by analyzing operational and assessment data, developing dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating actionable insights.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful reports and visualizations that support decision making, project monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives.
- This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools.

Requirements

- Knowledge of KPI frameworks, trend analysis methodologies, and performance measurement practices (preferred).
- Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
