Responsibilities
- Perform inspection, examination, and certification of lifting equipment and accessories in accordance with ADNOC, international standards, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct visual and functional checks, load testing, and prepare detailed inspection reports and certificates
- Deliver training sessions on safe lifting operations, equipment use, and inspection procedures to client personnel
- Support the development and updating of training materials
- Collaborate with client teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in lifting practices
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of lifting equipment inspection, load testing procedures, and relevant international and ADNOC standards
- Experience in delivering training on lifting operations, equipment use, and safety practices
- Proficiency in preparing inspection reports, certificates, and documentation
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) principles related to lifting operations
- ADNOC approval or eligibility for approval as a Lifting Equipment Inspector / Trainer, and recognized certifications (e.g., LEEA, equivalent)
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering or related discipline, and prior experience in oil and gas or heavy industry sectors
- Good command of English, both written and spoken

Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of lifting equipment inspection, load testing procedures, and relevant international and ADNOC standards.
- Experience in delivering training on lifting operations, equipment use, and safety practices, with the ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in preparing inspection reports, certificates, and documentation, with attention to detail and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) principles related to lifting operations and industrial environments.
- ADNOC approval or eligibility for approval as a Lifting Equipment Inspector / Trainer, and recognized certifications in lifting inspection or engineering (e.g., LEEA, equivalent).
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering or a related discipline, and prior experience in oil and gas or heavy industry sectors.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently on site, and capacity to collaborate effectively with client and internal teams.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
