Job Summary
The Stakeholder Engineer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and maintaining effective relationships with key project stakeholders including clients, government authorities, partners, consultants, contractors, and community representatives.
The role ensures smooth communication, stakeholder alignment, and proactive management of stakeholder-related risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Recognize and engage key stakeholders by establishing clear and efficient communication channels to ensure continuous alignment and collaboration throughout project execution.
- Develop, implement, and maintain stakeholder management plans and communication strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate timely approvals and smooth project progress.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate stakeholder-related risks while highlighting potential opportunities and project advantages.
- Prepare and deliver regular project progress updates and reports to clients and internal management teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions to ensure concerns and expectations are addressed effectively and promptly.
- Maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with applicable legal, financial, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Support project teams in resolving stakeholder issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor stakeholder feedback and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance project communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of stakeholder communications, meetings, and approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder management or a similar role.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, or development projects is preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in stakeholder mapping and analysis techniques.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Advanced presentation and public speaking capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
