About the Role
Bilfinger Middle East is looking for a bilingual Arabic/English Junior Project Administrator to handle document control, correspondence, and compliance for construction projects. Responsibilities
- Prepare Arabic/English letters and support translation where necessary
- Prepare document deliverables for submission to clients and contractors
- Perform quality check of documents prior to submission
- Update Document Control Registers as per BEME Quality Standards
- Maintain complete and accurate digital filing system
- Coordinate with internal project team members and external stakeholders on documentation status
- Upload and download deliverables/correspondence on project specific EDMS submission portals
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- 1 3 years of experience in construction or consultancy environment
- Knowledge of Document Management System or EDMS Software (Aconex, Wrench, Unifier, A site, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Role Overview
- English/Arabic Junior Project Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Fluency in Arabic & English for ease handling of bilingual records and correspondence
- Prepare Arabic / English letters, support in translation where necessary
- Preparation of document deliverables for submission to different Clients and Contractors
- Performing quality check of documents prior to submission to related stakeholders
- Updating Document Control Registers as per BEMEs Quality Standards, and submissions to related stakeholders
- Maintaining complete and accurate digital filing system of correspondences and documents as per BEME's Standard
- Adherence to organizations audit protocols and compliance requirements expected for projects
- Coordinating with Internal project team members and external Stakeholders with respect to project documentation status and related reporting
- Preparation of documents for formal submission to the related stakeholders
- Uploading and downloading of deliverables / correspondence on project specific EDMS submission portals
Tools & Software Competency
- Knowledge of any Document Management System or EDMS Software (Aconex or Wrench or Unifier or A site etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Work Experience
- 1 3 Years (in construction or consultancy environment)
Salary Scale
- AED 4,000 – 5,000
