Tabby is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the UAE or someone ready to relocate.
The role owns the Card Retention and Monetization team within Tabby Card.
The role owns pricing, fees, risk-based pricing, billing cycles, statements, and repayment experiences.
What you will be doing
- Own the team roadmap from problem identification and business case development through prioritization, launch, and measurement.
- Design and run experiments with defined success metrics and guardrails, using data for rollout and kill decisions.
- Model unit economics and business cases, align trade-offs with Finance and Risk, and track P&L impact.
- Work with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Billing on customer-facing terms, fees, and regulatory requirements.
- Own launch quality across support readiness, AI-agent guidance, customer communications, and gradual rollouts.
- Contribute to Tabby Card expansion into Saudi Arabia.
What you will need
- At least 5 years of product management experience is required.
- Experience with fintech, banking, or credit products is sought, ideally including at least 2 years in those domains.
- A record of shipping monetization, pricing, or billing features with quantifiable results is required.
- The role requires disciplined experimentation, reliable delivery, unit economics, analytics, and legal or compliance collaboration.
- Fluent English is required.
Bonus points
- Credit card or revolving credit knowledge is advantageous.
- GCC market experience is advantageous.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Experience launching new financial infrastructure from 0 to 1 is advantageous.
