- Administer medications and treatments accurately, following paediatric protocols
- Assist with and perform minor procedures within scope of practice
- Monitor patient condition and promptly escalate concerns or deterioration
- Provide clear information, reassurance, and education to children and families
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and patient safety policies
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Support service efficiency, quality improvement, and professional standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Valid UAE License or eligibility
- Current BLS, ACLS & PALS certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in PICU or urgent/emergency care

Job Description
- We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our Paediatric Urgent Care team.
- The role involves providing safe, high quality nursing care to children presenting with acute illnesses and minor injuries in a fast paced environment.
- The ideal candidate will have PICU or urgent/emergency care experience, strong assessment skills, and a family centred approach to care.
Responsibilities
- Perform rapid triage and nursing assessment of paediatric patients
- Deliver safe, evidence based nursing care for acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, following paediatric protocols
- Assist with and perform minor procedures within scope of practice
