- Assist with procedures such as resuscitation, phototherapy, and IV therapy
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and the multidisciplinary team
- Educate and support parents and families, encouraging involvement in the infant’s care
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are strictly followed
- Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Neonatal/SCBU/NICU settings
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Excellent communication and clinical decision making skills

Job Description
- We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU).
- The Staff Nurse will provide high quality nursing care to newborns requiring special care, ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence based, and family centered care in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to neonates requiring special care, including premature or low birth weight infants, or those with medical conditions.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support feeding (oral, tube, or IV) as per care plan.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records.
- Assist with procedures such as resuscitation, phototherapy, and IV therapy.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Educate and support parents and families, encouraging involvement in the infant’s care.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are strictly followed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing license
