- Assist in emergency procedures and neonatal resuscitation when required
- Support feeding plans, including tube and assisted feeding
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with neonatologists and the multidisciplinary care team
- Educate and support parents, encouraging involvement in newborn care
- Ensure strict infection control and safety protocols are followed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- BLS/NRP/PALS certifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure in a fast paced environment

Job Description
- We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
- The ideal candidate will provide high quality, patient centered nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns, ensuring continuous monitoring, administering treatments, and supporting their growth and recovery.
- The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and guiding families through the care process with empathy and clear communication.

Qualifications
