Role Overview
Lead a team building a complex product suite focused on modernization validation and LLM evaluation.
Act as a hands-on technical leader responsible for architecture, mentorship, and delivery of customer-impacting software.
Help ensure modernized applications match the functionality and performance of their legacy counterparts.
Workplace
- The role is based in the India office in Gurgaon and follows a hybrid working model.
Candidate Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial software development experience, including at least one JVM language such as Java.
- Strong Python experience, with Spring experience preferred.
- 2+ years leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers.
- Solid experience in software architecture and development.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks such as DeepEval, Ragas, and Promptfoo, benchmark datasets, scoring approaches, and LLM-as-a-judge methods.
- Experience designing application and database modernization frameworks for state equivalence across implementations.
- Understanding of change data capture, database interception through MongoDB listeners or RDBMS triggers, and state comparison algorithms.
- Extensive relational and document data modeling experience with at least one SQL and one document database.
