Role Overview
The Renewals Specialist is part of MongoDB’s Customer Success organization and focuses on contract renewals and customer retention within an assigned territory.
The role suits a driven, adaptive professional who enjoys customer interactions and contributing to new processes.
Workplace
- Candidates must be based in Gurugram for the hybrid working model.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the renewals base in the assigned territory and proactively pursue on-time renewals.
- Support customer retention and increase the renewal rate.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders.
- Build strong and effective customer relationships.
- Report the renewals forecast.
What You Will Bring
- At least three years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced and competitive market is required.
- Experience focused on closing renewals is preferred.
- A proven record of overachievement and meeting sales targets is required.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required.
