Role overview
Technical Services Engineers advise MongoDB customers and solve complex problems across the MongoDB ecosystem.
The role supports database server, drivers, cloud, infrastructure, Atlas, and Cloud Manager environments.
The position is based in Gurugram under a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer questions involving architecture, performance, recovery, security, and MongoDB operations at scale.
- Advocate for customer needs with product management and development teams.
- Develop internal support tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics.
- Progress toward independent technical escalations and advanced diagnostic support.
Required qualifications
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of systems administration, troubleshooting, distributed systems, networking, application architecture, data architecture, and database administration.
- Experience in performance tuning, benchmarking, and technical support.
- B.Tech, B.S., or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, learning, and teamwork abilities.
