Job Summary
Support the Corporate Sustainability Department in driving ESG disclosure and transparency through data collection, analysis, and auditing workstreams.
Support annual QAFCO Sustainability Reports, including ESG and IFRS S1 & S2 reports, and other reporting requirements.
Contract and Location
- The position is based in Doha, Qatar.
- The contract type is indefinite.
Key Accountabilities
- Gather data to assess the company’s environmental, social, and governance performance.
- Prepare sustainability reports aligned with GRI, SASB, IFRS S1 & S2, and other relevant frameworks.
- Manage external sustainability requests, surveys, certifications, and regulatory reporting.
- Support the Sustainability Plan, including planning, monitoring, performance measurement, and corporate reporting.
- Monitor sustainability risks and opportunities and collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Improve reporting, data collection, verification, and audit processes through suitable process and technology solutions.
Required Expertise
- Experience quantifying climate risk, preparing carbon reports, and developing emissions reduction strategies.
