Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing categories including HR, finance, tax, contingent workforce, sales, GTM, benefits, workplace services, facilities, real estate, and security.
- Manage, advise on, and engage in sourcing and contracting processes.
- Evaluate, negotiate, execute, and renew supplier contracts and relationships.
- Identify and implement sourcing industry trends to advance strategic sourcing excellence.
- Develop sourcing strategy, governance, and organizational structure.
- Partner with legal to support strong global contracting practices.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team of employees and service partners.
Required qualifications
- Bring 10+ years of strategic and operational sourcing and procurement experience.
- Have professional services category expertise and experience across related subcategories.
- Demonstrate exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Have deep knowledge of contract development and related legal issues.
- Have strong project management skills and experience implementing strategy and governance.
- Demonstrate financial analysis, budget formulation, and business case development capability.
- Hold one or more relevant designations such as CPP, CPPM, or equivalent.

Compensation
- Base pay is listed as $155,400 to $272,000, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
