Role overview

Run the marketing engine for ServiceNow's ISV and Build ecosystem.

Own partner marketing programs end-to-end, from campaigns and launches to content and performance reporting.

Work with product marketing, partner managers, regional teams, the partner sales organization, and ISV partners.

What you will do

  • Run demand generation programs including digital campaigns, content syndication, webinars, and joint events.
  • Manage the market development funds budget for partner programs.
  • Keep Campaign Creator assets, playbooks, and enablement content current and usable.
  • Support launch marketing for new ISV applications and integrations.
  • Build a campaign and asset library for joint partner storytelling.
  • Track program activity, cost, pipeline, and improvement opportunities.
  • Activate and onboard ISVs into the marketing program.
  • Coordinate programs with product marketing, partner managers, regional teams, and partners.
  • Align campaign roadmaps with product launches, regional priorities, and partner readiness.

What you bring

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience; internships, co-ops, and campus program experience count.
  • Interest in technology partnerships, platforms, or ecosystems.
  • Strong writing and ability to explain joint value propositions clearly.
  • Organization and self-direction when managing multiple programs across time zones.
  • Comfort with numbers and willingness to learn performance data.
  • Bias toward action and willingness to use AI tools to improve efficiency.

Compensation

  • Base pay is listed as $81,600 to $118,300, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
  • Additional benefits include health plans, a 401(k) plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, flexible time away, and family leave programs.
