Role Overview
Build and operate full-stack products spanning customer-facing experiences, backend services, distributed systems, data pipelines, and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Build and scale Java and Python backend services with reliable, well-documented REST APIs.
- Develop high-throughput ingestion, streaming, and storage systems using technologies such as Kafka and ClickHouse.
- Deploy, scale, and troubleshoot production services on Kubernetes with Docker.
- Develop reusable frontend components using ReactJS or Angular with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Integrate AI-powered features and agentic workflows using LLMs, retrieval, and agent frameworks.
- Own observability, instrumentation, testing, performance, design reviews, and code reviews.
Requirements
- Have 6+ years of professional experience building and operating production software systems.
- Have backend proficiency in both Java and Python and hands-on REST API experience.
- Have production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, distributed systems, and messaging or streaming.
- Have strong working knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, AI agents, MCP, or agentic frameworks.
- Have working knowledge of data stores and pipelines, including Kafka-based streaming systems.
- Have a Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred and Supporting Skills
- Frontend experience with ReactJS or Angular, JavaScript or TypeScript, and HTML/CSS is desired.
- Experience with analytical databases such as ClickHouse is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-native development practices is beneficial.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and action-oriented behavior are expected.
