Sr. Specialist Demand Planning

Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain correct store inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Monitor daily stock movement and prepare inventory adjustment reports.
• Maintain replenishment parameters, including lead times, reorder points, economic order quantities, and supplier minimum order quantities.
• Prepare demand forecasts, initiate store orders, and track order receipt.
• Manage inventory with Category Managers.
• Analyze and report inventory and purchasing forecasts accurately and on time.
• Dispatch supplier orders and track their progress.
• Work with suppliers to improve collaborative forecasting, planning, and replenishment.
• Maintain accurate in-stock and inventory-position records.

What You Need to Be Successful

• At least 4 years of demand planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning fundamentals and end-to-end demand forecasting.
• FMCG demand planning and replenishment experience is required.
• Warehouse management or 3PL partner relationship experience is required.
• Data-oriented, detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize.
• Able to work with senior-level executives and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Fluent English and Arabic.
• Comfortable working hands-on with several tools and adapting to uncertainty.
