Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and articulate Marketing & Business Development executive to support our client acquisition engine.

This role sits at the intersection of outreach, communication, and campaign execution, you will speak to prospects, qualify leads, keep our CRM clean and current, and help plan the campaigns that bring new enquiries in.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, writing well, and working with data.

You will get direct exposure to how a professional services firm builds its pipeline, and your work will be visible to the leadership team from day one.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from assigned lead lists and inbound enquiry pools.
• Deliver a clear, professional first impression of the firm and its service offerings.
• Follow up consistently on warm leads via calls, email, and WhatsApp until a next step is confirmed.

• Conduct preliminary discovery calls to understand a prospect's business, entity structure, and compliance requirements.
• Capture requirements accurately and route qualified leads to the relevant service partner or senior team member.
• Schedule and coordinate follow-up meetings between prospects and the leadership team.

• Maintain and update the lead database in the firm's CRM with complete, accurate, and timely entries.
• Segment contacts by service interest, industry, and stage in the pipeline.
• Prepare periodic pipeline and outreach reports for review by the leadership team.

• Assist in planning and executing email, WhatsApp, and social media campaigns for various service lines.
• Draft campaign copy, subject lines, and broadcast messaging under supervision.
• Track campaign performance metrics, open rates, response rates, and conversions, and share learnings.

• Support content creation for the firm's social media presence, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Assist in preparing proposals, brochures, and collateral for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs for marketing material.

• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi; confidence and clarity on calls is essential.
• Technical Skills: Working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. Comfort with digital tools and a willingness to learn new platforms quickly.
• Attributes: Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with a target-linked role. Strong follow-through and attention to detail in record-keeping.

• Design Skills: Ability to create social media creatives, carousels, and simple brand collateral using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Photo & Video Editing: Hands-on ability to edit short-form video content (Reels, LinkedIn videos) and photographs for social media use.
• Social Media Management: Prior experience running or managing a business, college, or personal brand social media handle, including content calendars, scheduling, and engagement.
• CRM Exposure: Familiarity with any CRM platform (Zoho CRM experience is a distinct advantage).
• Prior internship experience in sales, telecalling, digital marketing, or a professional services environment.
• Interest in or basic awareness of financial services, taxation, or B2B services marketing.

• Direct mentorship from the firm's leadership on B2B sales and positioning.
• End-to-end ownership of live campaigns rather than observational work.
• Exposure to a Zoho-led technology stack used across a 200+ client base.
