Role Overview

Partner with healthcare and life sciences customers to design cloud and AI architectures using AWS services.

Connect AWS technology to measurable business value and help enterprise customers accelerate cloud adoption.

Work with large global customers and collaborate with account managers, service teams, and technical stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Build and migrate applications, software, and services on AWS.
  • Architect AI/ML and generative AI solutions on AWS.
  • Educate customers on AWS value and lead deep architectural discussions.
  • Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many customer training sessions.
  • Share best practices with the AWS solutions architect community.
  • Author or contribute to AWS customer-facing publications.
  • Build relationships with senior customer technical stakeholders.
  • Act as a technical liaison among customers, service engineering teams, and support.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Review customer requirements and technical challenges involving complex cloud and AI architectures.
  • Develop proofs of concept showing how cloud solutions can transform business processes.
  • Influence service leadership and product marketing on customer needs and roadmap priorities.
  • Continue learning about AWS service capabilities.
  • Create field enablement materials and participate in knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to design cloud and AI architectures using AWS services.
  • Strong understanding of large-scale computing solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for enterprise customer engagement.
  • Ability to connect technology with measurable business value.
  • Ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
  • Passion for educating, training, designing, and building cloud solutions.

The AWS Industries team helps customers advance digital transformation through industry-specific cloud and AI solutions.

The HCLS Solutions Architecture team focuses on healthcare and life sciences accounts, strategic projects, and field enablement.

The team works at the intersection of technology and industry-specific business transformation.
