Role overview

Lead prototyping customer engagements for AWS PACE across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.

Help enterprises turn ambitious ideas involving generative AI, agentic systems, and cloud-native architectures into working AWS prototypes.

Act as the customer-facing opportunity leader while partnering with Prototyping Architects on hands-on engagements.

Key job responsibilities

  • Build and pilot a pipeline of innovation opportunities with account teams, specialists, and partners.
  • Qualify opportunities based on business outcomes, customer commitment, and a path to production.
  • Define time-boxed prototypes with clear success criteria and customer outcomes.
  • Coordinate customer developers, AWS architects, and partners from kickoff through close.
  • Advise senior leaders and help them make confident technology investment decisions.
  • Scale successful approaches across the PACE community and share customer insights with AWS service teams.

Basic qualifications

  • At least 3 years of technical product or program management experience.
  • At least 2 years of software development experience.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience working directly with engineering teams.

A day in the life

Support a customer engineering team developing a generative AI prototype.

Scope a new engagement with an enterprise exploring agentic AI.

Review the pipeline, update qualifications, and plan resourcing with a Prototyping Architect.

Discuss prototype results and the path to production with a customer CTO.

Document repeatable patterns for use by the wider PACE team.
