Job summary
Support sales growth in EMEA across different vertical markets and develop ecosystems with suppliers.
Engage directly with customers to provide solutions and define product requirements.
Develop product definition strategy and go-to-market plans for core product families.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Analyze market and business trends to develop tactics and programs that grow market share.
- Identify and prioritize enterprise customer requirements for existing and emerging use cases.
- Provide new product training to customers and refine product and solution specifications.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
- Research technology, customer, and competitor trends to inform platform portfolio strategy.
- Build customer relationships with prospects and support sales teams in closing deals.
