Job Summary
Expand Supermicro's customer base in targeted areas and maintain the quality, efficiency, and integrity of the sales process.
Work with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs teams to support sales and marketing activities.
The role focuses on government business engagement and revenue growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy for government business engagement.
- Create compliance processes, including getting the organization listed on the GeM Marketplace.
- Create a partner and opportunity ecosystem focused on the target segment.
- Build quality pipelines with ecosystem partners and promote company products, solutions, and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Provide weekly progress updates and communicate support needed.
Qualifications
- Experienced Senior Sales Manager with a proven record in developing enterprise business.
- Demonstrated self-discipline, result orientation, teamwork, and problem-solving ability.
