Sr. Sales Manager/Government Sales-AUH (Emiratized role)

Job description

Core responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth across strategic accounts and identify opportunities for digital and core telecommunications services.
• Develop account plans, manage customer profiling and lead generation, and oversee proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for customers and coordinate Account Managers and service activities.
• Monitor competitors, customer procurement processes, buying criteria, and market intelligence.
• Lead tailored proposal development with Solution Architects and coordinate contract finalization.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery to ensure sold services are implemented within deadlines and quality requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and address specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, technology, or telecommunications.
• 5–10 years of experience as a sales manager or solution architect, preferably in media, telecommunications, or IT services.
• Experience managing a large revenue target and achieving high sales growth for digital services products.
• Good telecommunications domain knowledge.
• Skills in account planning, negotiation, and contract management.
• Ability to assess external-environment changes and articulate business implications.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
