Job Description
The Senior Engineer supports customer service and special event operations by addressing complaints and helping ensure optimal mobile coverage.
The role liaises with customers and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve mobile customer experience issues.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate installation and commissioning of mobile sites for special events.
- Interface with the Customer Experience Team on special events and customer complaints.
- Follow up on mobile-site development related to customer complaints.
- Document, log, and close mobile coverage complaints.
- Support service request provisioning and customer approval documentation.
- Provide customer complaint reports for management review.
- Facilitate resolution between customers and engineering teams on mobile coverage issues.
- Keep abreast of new technologies, systems, and mobile customer experience developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during special events and emergencies.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
