Job Description

Oversee customer and POS registration TDRA policy implementation and assigned projects.

Monitor operational efficiency and TDRA compliance for mobile and POS registration requirements.

Develop and drive the mobile registration digital transformation strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regulations and system updates required for TDRA mobile registration policies.
  • Communicate TDRA mobile registration policies throughout the organization and across sales points.
  • Design and deliver training on TDRA RRMC 2.1 policies and exceptions for sales agents.
  • Analyze issues, create corrective plans, and coordinate with TDRA and authorities to prevent violations.
  • Manage registration issues and complaints from sales points, contact centers, and social media.
  • Maintain customer data standards, resolve quality issues, and suggest system improvements.
  • Prepare and submit reports to TRA and security agencies.
  • Investigate and respond to public prosecution letters related to mobile registration.
  • Direct TDRA POS Registration projects and maintain system controls.
  • Organize registration support processes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Review registration effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Improve renewal channels, secure approvals for digital initiatives, and roll out digital tools and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience.
