Job Purpose

• Receive and review customer applications and requirements, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are available.
• Process applications promptly and efficiently while developing customer relationships, generating demand, increasing revenue, and achieving KPIs.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, provide premium care to critical customers, and manage escalations.

Responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge by staying updated with e& service and product offerings.
• Sell e& products and services in the store in alignment with customer needs.
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
• Demonstrate services proactively to support high Net Promoter Scores.
• Follow processes, guidelines, and policies in all transactions.
• Implement the Retail Customer Journey as directed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of applications efficiently.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward resolving customer issues.
• Passion for sales and desire to contribute to the company’s success.
