Job Description

Digital Audit Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the Digital audit framework for e&.
• Map digital risks to departments and operating companies and build audit plans.
• Lead reviews of digital services and businesses, including fintech, cloud, IoT, AI, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Plan audit assignments, update audit programs, prepare terms of reference, and conduct risk assessments.
• Coordinate audit processes with stakeholders and participate in opening, closing, and review meetings.
• Conduct review activities, visit selected physical locations, and ensure audit work-paper quality.
• Finalize audit reports and agree action plans with stakeholders.
• Review digital risks in new technologies and major modifications to ensure effective controls and compliance.

Stakeholder and Governance Work

• Maintain working relationships with stakeholders from e& Holdco and local and international operating companies.
• Review stakeholder feedback and ensure identified concerns are addressed.
• Support quarterly ERM and Internal Audit reporting to executive management and the Board Audit Committee.
• Review regulatory and compliance audits, including banking regulations for fintech businesses.
• Collaborate with Special Audit on investigations and act as a digital audit subject matter expert.
• Assess the effective and optimized use of digital audit tools, software, equipment, databases, and reference materials.
• Lead special projects and continuous maturity improvements in digital audit reviews.

People Management

• Manage and guide the day-to-day activities of allocated staff to support efficient resource utilization, engagement, and performance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer information, information technology, accounting, business management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in digital technology audit.
