Role Overview

The role is a Business Analyst supporting medium-to-large valuation control and finance change projects in the Global Banking and Global Markets group.

The position works closely with Global Technology and Operations, the CFO organization, and lines of business stakeholders.

The candidate will join the department in Gurugram, India, to support in-flight initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive remediation of gaps identified through end-to-end IPV analysis with BFC teams.
  • Participate in planning and prioritization discussions for critical functionality delivery.
  • Define and document detailed business and technical requirements with GVG and BFC stakeholders.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing with end users.
  • Identify and prioritize system deficiencies affecting lines of business and drive resolution.
  • Translate finance user requirements for development teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Commerce, Business, or Technology.
  • At least 15 years of experience.
  • Prior BFC experience with hands-on IPV report generation.
  • Understanding of GBGM subledger architecture and valuation control processes.
  • Understanding of Global Markets products and systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across business and technology teams in a global environment.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.

Desired Skills

  • Prior hands-on experience with Agile methodologies or frameworks is desired.
  • Experience in challenging and dynamic organizational contexts is desired.

Work Schedule

  • Work hours are listed as 11:30 am to 8:30 pm.
  • The job location is Gurugram.
