Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Prepare IRRBB and CSRBB reports across multiple entities and regions.
• Provide analytical commentary and communicate reporting results.
• Build and test reports and implement new reporting requirements.
• Partner globally to deliver timely, controlled reporting.
• Present results and escalate issues when needed.
• Resolve data issues and support new system capabilities with technology teams.
• Improve processes, workflows, controls, and reporting efficiency.

Required qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience is listed for the role.
• CA or MBA is listed under education requirements.
• Strong understanding of balance sheets, income statements, banking products, and basic interest-rate risk principles.
• Clear written and verbal communication with comfort escalating issues.
• Strong Excel and advanced Excel skills, including executive-level summary reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL and large-scale data analysis in Excel.
• Accounting or financial services experience, strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify risks, maintain controls, manage priorities, and support meetings across EMEA and APAC hours.

Desired qualifications

• SAP eLedger experience is desirable.
• Experience with fixed-income securities, interest-rate derivatives, technical business analysis, or process automation is advantageous.
• VBA, Tableau, Alteryx, or Python experience is advantageous.
• CFA, progress toward CFA, or CPA is a plus.
• Experience using generative AI tools for controlled data analysis and executive-ready insights is desirable.

Work schedule

• Working hours are 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
