Role Overview
Support Bank of America's Global Payment Services team, which provides reporting, analytics, and process enhancement services across the APAC region.
Deliver dashboards, visualizations, tabular reports, and analysis for business managers, Treasury Sales Offices, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end dashboard design, development, delivery, partner requirements, process execution, and multiple scheduled or ad hoc tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create, design, maintain, and publish accurate and timely Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Generate Alteryx reports and perform data preprocessing, analysis, updating, and presentation of results.
- Handle ad hoc analytics and visualization requests and draw insights from large, complex data sets.
- Provide account schematics for liquidity structures.
- Design and document workflows and recommend improvements to operational effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and risks, then mitigate and resolve issues through process review.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification with a good academic track record.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and VBA macros.
- Advanced Tableau and Alteryx skills and advanced SQL database understanding.
- Understanding of automation, data analysis, banking operations, and financial products.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule
- Work timings are 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
