Team and Process Overview
The Finance Engineering and Data team supports Treasury BSM forecasting and reporting.
The team manages, designs, and implements technical and data solutions for BSM and cross-Treasury reporting.
The role supports application management and broader automation.
Responsibilities
- Support the PALMs application used for Treasury forecasting and reporting.
- Track system failures and review overnight batches before US office hours.
- Analyze data quality checks and improve responses to failures.
- Coordinate with platform, technology, and development teams to resolve issues.
- Present results, escalate issues, and support new system capabilities.
- Identify automation opportunities and improve processes, workflows, controls, and processing time.
Required Qualifications
- MCA or bachelor's degree.
- Three to five years of experience, including two to three years in a relevant financial-institution role.
- Understanding of automation, emerging technology, data integration, and data visualization.
- Experience with SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and proactive working skills.
- Flexibility to attend meetings during EMEA and APAC time-zone hours.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau.
- Experience improving and automating manual processes.
- Practical experience with generative AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Ability to frame effective prompts and apply AI outputs to business deliverables.
- Experience using AI for data analysis with controls, validation, and human review.
Work Schedule
- The listed work timing is 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
