- Develop, monitor, and update detailed MEP project schedules using Primavera P6
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project timelines and milestones
- Manage planning activities across multiple projects simultaneously
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules
- Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, and resource utilization to ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines
- Prepare and maintain planning documentation including baseline schedules, recovery plans, and look ahead schedules
- Generate weekly and monthly progress reports for internal management and client submission
- Analyze project delays and support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims related to MEP scope
- Track critical activities and recommend corrective actions to mitigate project risks and delays
- Support project teams in forecasting and productivity analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEP planning within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and project lifecycle management
- Proven experience handling planning activities for multiple construction projects
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
